Strange FPS?

Hi, i'm back with an issue i can't really figure:)
Got this jazzvideo.avi that is 25.1 fps(?)
When demuxing i get a videofile that's 2:12:23 and an Audiofile that's 2:12:22?? How come and what to do about it? It seems like one or the other file has a framerate of 25.0(video?)and the other(Audio?) 25.1..lol. Tried to "convert/customize" the Audio in BeeSweet from 25.1 to 25.0 but the Audio/Video is still out of sync.

Found out that the avi is 25.000 FPS so it's the Audiofile that takes the entire bundle(vid+aud)to 25,002 FPS, *geez*,, how does one solve this??
