monolingual = one language

Tommy B. is right. E-Male is not wrong. Monolingual means ONE language, and Bilingual means TWO DIFFERENT languages.
You can't have a stereo sound where each track is a different language, because of obvious reasons. I saw this very thing in a hacked Lion King DVD in Malayasia. (Of course, this sort of hacking ought to receive the punishment it deserves.) With such a source, you can only have one mono track to play at a time.
Of course, many legal DVDs are multilingual, i.e. have more than one soundtrack in full ac3 or stereo.
Regards.
