I have two questions:
1) Don't knowing/remember the settings of encoded mp3 audio file, how do you know it is stereo surround or not? (useful for indicating dolby surround at AC3 encoding although it wouldn't affect encoding itself)
2)Since the original audio was an AC3 file, dynamic range compression was already there (wasn't it?) so that dynamic range compression still exists at mp3 file and it shouldn't be needed to apply again when converting to dolby AC3 2.0, right?
Cheers
