I'm using the latest dvddecryptor and i'm running in dma mode

'No Seek Complete' - The drive couldnt focus on / read the sector.

Check the disc for dirt, scratches etc.

i had the same problem and dvd shrink said failed to read e: (thats my dvd rewriter) but i cleaned the dvd but i still got the error
