Hi, this is my first post, so go easy on me if I ask stupid questions!!
Im looking to basically copy DVDs exactly so I can keep the originals in the box and not scratch them (because Im VERY careless!!).
However, some DVDs say they are 'Protected'.
I use Easy Media Creator 7.
How can I back them up??
Thanks
Steve

Eh? If you mean you're getting some error message when you download the file you either need to tell your download manager to send a referrer for doom9.org or have to save it from your browser...
Or you go to http://www.dvddecrypter.com/ and download it from there...

Probably you need to backup to DVD-R wich is limited to 4.7 GB. So you need a software like DVD Shrink (http://www.dvdshrink.org/where.html) to perform this task. Itīs free!!!
There also DVDXCopy (http://www.sofotex.com/DVD-X-Copy-download_L12612.html). This one allows you to maintain original bitrate and breaks your dual layer Disc in 2 DVD-R Discs.
Hope it helps.
