Tool for editing MPEG2

Hey,

Suppose you want to cut off, say the first 1500 frames and the last 10000. Is there any tool that can do this for you?

I know TMpgenc can do this on some streams, but it won't work for the .m2v files generated by CCE, which also are the streams you feed into Maestro when authoring.

Any suggestions?
