The display time of vBulletin is not delicately correct.
It is the relation of SummerTime. However, there is no system of SummerTime in the area in which I live.
Is it the limit of vBullition although I will want you to improve if it can do?

Thanks.

The simplest way is just to change your "Time offset" (in the User Control Panel) one hour.

Although it has already been tried, I have to change twice every year. However, does the present condition have only it? orz

Thanks.

The date on which the switch to/from daylight saving time, or summer time, varies by country. Also countries in the southern hemisphere (like Australia and New Zealand) shift their clocks in the opposite direction (summer in the south happens during winter in the north). To make things worse, many countries change the rules every year. All the forum software I've looked at does not address this, as the authors probably feel it is too difficult to impliment and maintain. Have a look at this list (http://www.timeanddate.com/time/dst2004a.html) of the current rules, then compare them to other years (http://www.timeanddate.com/time/)
