Hail.
Although I want to stand a thread newly, is standing to which forum appropriate for me?
Main point of a thread:
1) It is not based on a specific codec.
2) The talk about encoding of hybrid material video is treated.
3) It is the talk of the encoding technique.
Although the thread was already stood to a certain forum, a half people is uninterested, and since like, I think that it is not suitable.
Don't someone get suitable advice? :confused:
