i dont have sync between audio and picture , how can i fix this ?

i follow a guide which show how to attach subtitles to dvd movie.
now after all the process ive got 1 second delay beween the audio and the picture (the audio is earlier) .
how can i fix it ? maybe something happened in the remux step ?

I hate audio sync problems; you can try AC3FixGUI before you remux:

if your authoring program allows shifting the position of the audio, try to move it a second closer to video and they will be in sync.

btw, what r u using for authoring?
