problem with dif4u 1.4.7 (latest beta)

Well after successfully running numenu4u, it started to process the VTSes.

It is running "analyzing .dv file" and it's taking a long time. The .m2v is only 8mb. Is this normal?

I followed the "new Big 3" guide to run the encoding.

I'm sure eyes will need to see the last few lines of the log file... if you could post those here probably would speed up the process

did you replace / update dvd2avi at all? are you using "dg" or the older version?
