flickering xvid movie

I have a movie wich is encoded with xvid, but if I try to watch it using Koepi's latest xvid codec my bsplayer crashes. The movie only plays if I use a filter like ffdshow or nic's xvid decoder. I'd like to use ffdshow because it gives good quality to play movie's but the movie still flicker's, only with nic's decoder the movie plays good. I was wondering if their were any ffdshow setting wich would stop the flickering ? :confused:

XviD 0.9 and b-frames uhhh bad b-frames only a old decoder will work like nics with b-frame support b-frames are damaged in the encoder this was made from i think its the build that was published by canalxvid.com with b-frame support (unoficial)
