Questions on making a TV Episode DVD

For quite a long time I have used AVI2SVCD to convert TV episodes which have been capped in DivX or XviD. I converted and burned them to CDR.

Now I want to use DVDRs, so I want to convert and burn multiple episodes to the 1 DVDR, each accessed by a menu. I'm assuming once I have the files converted in the necessary format for inclusion on a DVD I would just use an authoring program like TMPGEnc DVD Author.

What I want to do is use AVI2DVD (hopefully with the D2SRoBa plugin which I'm presently using) to convert each episode. My basic question is... how do I tell AVI2DVD, or D2SROBa, the size to make each converted episode?

At present using the Auto setting on D2SRoBa ensures a 40 minute episode fills a 800MB disc. I'm assuming I can't tell D2SRoBa that the disc size is 4.7GB as I have to convert 1 episode at a time, even if I use a batch technique... correct? Should I just leave the Disc Size setting at 800MB and convert at that and just put 6 episodes on a DVDR?

Basically, I'm looking for the best way (using AVI2DVD and D2SRoBa) to convert multiple AVI TV episodes and author them to a DVDR with a menu selection for each episode.

Well, you can have D2Sroba use any size you want. Just type it in the CD size conmbo box.
