VOB editing

This may be a really stupid question, but are there any programs that allow the splitting of VOBs by visually watching them through and selecting where to split? The only VOB splitters I've found require you to know the exact byte at which you wish to split which is pretty much impossible.

Chopper XP, you can get it from the download page, after clicking show all vob tools.
Your question was not stupid at all, how should you know without asking?
Searching for "split vob preview" would have told you the same as I do, though ;)

DVDShrink (http://www.dvdshrink.info) will let you with its start/end function. Guides on that site or around here.
