Capture still from DVD

What is the best way to capture still picture (like menu) from DVD ?
I'm using dvd-lab to create DVD which contain still pictures.
I've tried Gordian whith Dvd2avi. The picture on my DVD is not the same as the original. It has a lot of noise, and i'm not sure if the problem is because of the capture or by the dvd-lab progrem.

Your particular question is about DVD ripping and authoring. In the thread above, DVD Decrypter was recommended to you. The software is free, and the hardware required is a DVD-ROM drive, which I assume you have.

Thanks for the answer (and sorry for write it twice).
Now, i was asking about capture still picture, but i'm afraid that the problem is with dvd-lab. I have the problem on every BMP file.
I'm not sure, cause i converted the BMP to MPEG file with premiere and there was also noise. The files looking good on PC. The problem is only on DVD players.

By the way, I tried to use DVD Decrypter, but dvd-lab couldn't open it. I think that Gordian is also very good. I use it to get BMP instead of VOB.
