Hello guys!
I have many movies converted from DVD to Nero Digital.
My questions is how can i convert them again to DVD but also have
subtitles.
I have already tried with Nero 6 but on my new DVD no subtitles are available.

You will have to author your DVD's and that means you'll need to convert your subtitles back into a format DVD's can read. Search a bit on the subject of converting subtiles, it's be covered alot of times.

I have already searched all about converting subtitles but
i cant find anything that replies Nero subtitles.
The format of the file is mp4 and i cant open it with any of my
DVD authoring programs.
Can you be more specific?

.mp4 is not neros format, its the official container format defined in the mpeg-4 standard
the subtitle stream format used by nero for storing subs in .mp4 is exactly the same as the subtitle format used in DVD ("vobsub")
the only problem is how to extract them.... if a tool can do this, than only one from nero
on the other side there exist already a bunch of tools, which are able to extract the audio/video streams from .mp4, for example to .avi, without reencoding
maybe the best way to procede here is:
1) extract the video to .avi
2) extract the audio to .aac
3) reencode the audio to .ac3 (if necessary decode to .wav in between)
4) mux the .ac3 into the .avi
5) reencode from .avi to DVD as all the guides tell you
