Joining with different audio rates?

Is it possible to join two Xvids together with different audio sampling rates? I guess some kind of audio conversion is required?!

Should go into the Audio forum if the audio is preventing you from joining the files ;)
XviD is video only and doesnt care about the audio you have in your files.
