How to cut of bad frames from some mpeg2 file made with the DVD2SVCD ?
When,after the conversion is done,we have the .bin and .cue image and also the muxed files.
Right,when I play the muxed files in the Power DVD,just to check if everything was all right,(because I got so many SVCDs with problems-like freezing image and scracht sounds,or the image turning into blocks.)It wasn't.Just in the begining and about the middle of the
film I got blocky images and freezing.
Is there any magic that cuts of the bad frames from mpeg2 svcd files,just like DivX repair cuts of bad frames from DivX movies ?
