Updating subject don't work

I updated RealAnime first post subject, and in the list of topic, it's the same old one. Why?

cos you can only update the post title, not the thread title after 24h (I think that's the current setting.. by default it's like 5 minutes)

you were only able to change it before it it was within the alloted timeframe. That's just how vbb works.

So if I want a new topic title, I have to create a new one?
