After reinstalling my System I have a problem with Rebuilder.
Just when encoding is about to begin CCE gives me the message

"GdipLoadImageFromFile failed: 3".

As far as I can check all necesarry files are at the right place.

I tried now to use QuEnc
When encoding is starting I get the message

failed on AVS load!
Does file c:\....avs exist ?

After the preparation there are however avs-files in the directory, but they are all of 1 KB in size - don`t know if that is the way it should be .... guess not ....

Then I tried to run rebuilder and components with new downloaded files and versions, but the same problems are comming up -

has anyone an idea ?

@stagfish

avs files should be small sized, since they contain just an avisynth script; in order to check they work fine, you may just play them with any media player you want (this also ensures your avisynth installation is properly working)...

I am not using windows XP, so I can provide very limited support...

Anyway it could be useful to know more details about your configuration, avisynth version, etc... in order to give some more focused hints...

Also try to follow step by step the very usefull suggestions given in the sticky threads...

Cheers,

Try installing Avisynth v2.5.4 again.
I think i've read a previous thread where that did the trick.

Ok found it. The problem was that AvySynth was not installed. While backing-up my system I symply copied it onto my harddisk.
Thank you for trying to help.
