ScenAid 0.9.0.26 does not see Scenarist 3.01

ScenAid 0.9.0.26 does not see Scenarist 3.01

so umm it is still seeing verion 2.7 but it is uninstalled and i rebooted. but the scripts it is sending to 3.01 do not seem to work because i just get droped into the import script part of Scenarist

manually importing them im not sure whats happening but its taking a long time and there is not much HD activity but there are two Scenarist.exe sucking up most of the cpu time.

are the scripts for 2.7 and 3 different? or am i just having weird problems?!

I have also scenarist 3.01 and ScenAid 0.9.0.26b
but I have no problems with it so far.

I think if you deinstall both, clean regestry and install both again
it should work

what program do you recommend to clean registry?

ms powertoys has a regcleaner but
google for regcleaner and use anyone

if you've installed a new version of scenarist you must run the scenaristscan utility (there's a shortcut to it in the scenaid group)

however, I must warn you, I have not tested 3.01 personally but people have had problems with it in general.. personally, I'd stick with 2.7

i was going to try 3.01 because i had a problem with 2.7 guess ill go back adn try and figure out the problem.

well if you wish to be a test subject please do try 3.01 and let us know how it works :)

once you install, you should be able to re-run the scenaristscan utility and have the system identify the new version. If it has problem w/ 3.01 let me know and I'll add it in
