My output after using CCE always seems to be undersized, not by much mind you but it seems about 100-200 MB off a full DVD. I have used the CCETargetSectors setting and set it to 2297888 and it still came out undersized, then i set it for well over that, like 2341000 and still get the same output size, so I can see this setting is not working. The "CCETargetSectors=" line is under the CCEOptions part of the ini file. Any one else have this problem?

I have exactly the same Problem. Always undesized, about 200 MB! In addition to that i have another big problem. When I try to record an image of the produced video_ts i always get an reallocation error. this time for example VTS_02_0.VOB not allocated. Any ideas? Rebuilder is newly installed.

P.S. Where is the log file located, so i can post it here?

Some dvd's might not have a VTS_02_0.VOB file (it may be 0 KB) and that causes some burning programs (especially nero) to give that error - if you just continue the burn ignoring the error it should work without a problem - it always has for me

Yes, thats right. I controlled it and indeed the size of the file was 0 KB, the DVD works fine! Output is still undersized, but not so heavily.

It should be under [Options], not [CCEOptions]. Try moving it there and see what happens.
