PAL WAV to NTSC WAV [Archive]

PLS help.
I am trying to convert PAL WAV to NTSC WAV using Besweet Wizard. Conversion is from 25->29.97 fps. I get to step 5 and press the GO button and BeSweet creates a notepad log file. Is there a command line I need to input in that log file? Where can I find it? Thanks,

Please post the logfile the BeSweet wizard creates.

problem is that BeSweet does not create any log file. It just opens a blank notepad document.
workaround solution is to copy the command line which I get in Wizard and create the BAT file and execute it, I know that one. But I was wondering why BeSweet just does nothing when I press the GO button in Wizard after step 5. It does nothing and just opens the blank notepad document. thanks.

never do a 25 -> 29.97 Speedup. this is wrong.

do a slowdown to 23.976 instead.

wondering who introduced the 25 <-> 29.97 conversion into besweetgui. it is nonsense....
