I have DVD with probably 1GB of video and 5GB filled with data. Is there any recommended arrangement for layer break and track path (parallel or opposite) in this specific case?
Problem is, that if I set LB between files in data part, then it forces parallel track path. Is the only advantage of this arrangement shorter "glitch" in layer change which doesn’t matter if LB is placed in data section?
And what is theoretically better layout
To set LB exactly in the middle of disk so data are equally distributed between layers and there is "free" space near the end of disc on both layers
OR
To completely fill-up one layer and put the rest of data to the other leaving nearly 2 GB of free space there?
