TMpgEnc DVD Author retains only 20 min of 48 min episode

Hi,
I am using a demo version of TMpgEnc DVD Author, and it has worked fine so far, but now I am authoring "Les Vampires", a 10-episode serial, into 3 discs, and there is a strange bug: when I add the 9th episode as DVD video (which is approximately 48 minutes long), in the "select title" section of the wizard it shows that the episode is 48 minutes, but when I choose the episode it only imports the first 20 minutes. What is going on, and how can I fix this? I have tried stripping the episode out using DVDShrink and then importing from there, but the same thing happened. Thank you!

I tried using DVDFab to split the episode into two chunks, one of which is 16 minutes and the other of which is 32 minutes. I then added the 16 minute chunk, but when I tried to add the 32 minute chunk as a second clip for the track, it gave the following fatal error message:

"Audio existence differs from the present track.

The existence of audio differs from the present track.
The existence of audio has to be standardized on the track.

There is audio on the present track."

Has anyone encountered this, or know how this bug can be fixed? Thank you.
