Which denoise filter should I use for my MPEG2 TV recorded clip?

I record TV with a Compro VideoMate TV card into high bitrate MPEG-2 stream with its own encoder:compro pvr.
But cause the bad signal of the cable system,noise always can be seen in the clips.
Which filter is the best choice for denoise job?

I decode the MPEG-2 stream with MPEG2Dec3dg.

I've used this kind of a script for my MPEG-2 caps, encoding to 704x576 for DVD:

Alternatively you could replace RemoveDirt() by Deen(), just make sure you get the version dated August 2003. There's probably no need for TemporalSoften or TemporalCleaner in that case.
