did not capture audio?

I'm capturing from my VCR into my TI4800se VIVO. I have the audio RCA cables connected to a Y-Adapter in Line-in. When i capture, I can hear the audio. But afterwards, when i play back the file I can't ear anything. I used the PCM 16bit Sterero.

Make sure that Live-in line is enabled and slider is set accordingly, also check wave slider from task bar small speaker.

What capture soft are you using?
Maybe you can change soft's a/v into set,
just as :S-video,a/v,tv...etc.
