Hello guys,
I'm having problems with DVDMaestro and hoping you can help me out here.
I got a plain dvd movie, no menus, ripped to my disc. I'd like to add another movie, put subtitles to both movies, maybe add a small menu.

1. The fully ripped movie has, of course, .ifos and .vobs. DVDMaestro can't handle these files. Everytime i convert them, the program replies that they are not ok and wouldn't handle them anyway. What do you do or, what prog do you use to convert direct dvd files to use them in dvd maestro?
2. I've set up working subtitles, convertd them with sub2stl to get the appropriate format. When I try to insert them to dvd project, i get the reply, that the subs are in a newer format and can't be used. What to do?

Software: I got DVDMaestro 2.5 and Sub2stl 1.0
Thx for helping,
P.

Well, from ripped DVD you need to demux video file and audio file. After demuxing, ull get m2v file wich is video, and ac3 for audio. And those 2 files you can import for sure in dvd maestro. For subtitles, the best it to use Subtitle workshop, to directly convert to stl.

Hope this helps!
