I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, just didn't know where to post it. What I want to know is if there is a way to split a dvd-9 so that the two dvd-5's can be rejoined later (i.e. when dvd DL media is a little cheaper) with no quality loss so that the new rejoined dvd-DL is an almost exact clone of the original dvd, yet still make both dvd-5's operable until then. Does that make sense? I hope so. :) Links to any guides and any type of software (free or commercial) is welcome, I don't mind paying for this if the solution is beneficial.

Thanks in advance!

Visit www.dimadsoft.com and select the forums option. There is discussion of re-joining a DVD-9 that was split to two DVD-5's.

I can't find it on their forum. :(

I see a topic about joining two complete dvd-9s onto one dvd (why anyone would want to, I don't know.) but I don't see anything about joining together a previously split dvd-9. Can you post a direct link or at least give me some directions?

Thanks!
