ISO file creation Tools

I would like a tool that can create an ISO file from a collection of DVD VOB files etc that are stored on my hard-drive.

Are there many tools out there and any I should stay away from?

Nero --> Image burner --> Deamon Tools --> DVD Decrypter ? :D

Dunno with what other soft you can burn vobs into DVD-Video :confused:

What about mkisofs (command-line tool)? I think there is a w32-port of the cdrtools which include mkisofs.

img_tool classic does this for sure. You just search on www.coujo.de for it.

There is a tool called cdimage, which basically creates CD and DVD images. It is commandline, but there is GUI for it as well. You could probably use IFOEdit to recreate the IFO's if you don't have them and then create the ISO with cdimage. But, I have never tried it yet. Will have to search Google for it. It doesn't use Nero at all.
