I have been experimenting with xvid at different quality settings but I cant seem to find a good rule or practice.
I am using AutoGK with target quality above 80.
With some films, there is an extraordinarily high quality such as starship troopers. Cartoons (such as Disney) have good quality but are prone to blocking.
Also does ramping up the bitrate (if i were to force edit the scripts) even help when using target quality mode?
Thanks.
