d2sroba dvd2dvd and cce encoding

I would like to know why when im using Roba to do DVD2DVD then when CCE finishes first encoding, then next time either hes doing CCE again in VBR,( i setuped CBR in encoder tab).I would like to know why.

Is that okay ? Or setuped something wrong ?

Hi,

D2SRoBa sometimes performs an additionl VBR sizing pass in order to acheive exact output size. Whether this additional pass is used depends upon your D2SRoBa setup parameters and the size of the first encode. You can specify your acceptable under/oversizing percentages when you launch D2SRoBa. If the first OPV encode is within your specified range, then the additional pass will not be performed.

CBR cannot be used with D2SRoBa; it is not desirable because the quality of CBR for most material will be lower.
