Procoder Express vs. CCE opinions (ntsc DV to DVD)

I would like to hear user's opinions on Procoder Express vs. CCE basic. I plan to use one of these to go from NTSC DV to DVD after working on the footage and then I will be frameserving into it.

for dv to dvd, i REALLY recomend procoder. much less granularity and noise in images. but is much more slow to convert...

For DV to DVD I recommend ProCoder.
I do lots of analog & DV caps & I realy like ProCoder's encoding.
To my eyes ProCoder IS better than CCE for DV.
