Problem:
an out-of-bounds memory access (access violation) occurred in module 'xvidcore'...
...while decompressing video frame 11034 with "XviD MPEG-4 Codec"

Solution:
Uninstall Xvid Codec and Divx Codec.
use Nero Video Decoder.
