I am having some problems. Let me just set this up rather quick. I have been successful so far at ripping/burning dvds (using dvd shrink, and decryptor... burn with record now usually) but i was tried to burn 2 movies and when i was done it wouldn't play in my dvd player so i tried in my power dvd on pc it said "A DISK WITH AN UNSUPPORTED FORMAT IN DRIVE D:/" Can anyone help me as to what the problem might be, i tried using shrink and decryptor, i still get the same error message when trying to play it. Thank you so much and i hope i have provided enough info

Can the disc/content be recognized from the burner?

No, when i put the disc in and press play, it gives me the error. the file is there. like if i go to d drive the folder is there i can see the movie title but it won't play.

Can you post the file directory list of the problem disc?
Can you take the problem disc and input it to Shrink and it accepts it and ouputs another set of files?

It could be a bad media then or a bad burn. Hard to say which one...

I have a weird problem sometimes where if I have DVD decryptor open and I insert a new disc, no other programs will recognize the disc.. All will say unsupport file error, or unrecognized disc
Closing down DVD Decryptor then re-inserting the disc solves the problem.. worth a try!
btw, is this a bug? I find it very anoying that this happens. PowerDVD, Ifoedit, nothing will recognize the disc while decryptor is open..

You've probably set lock drive/media in the prefs.
