What program would you suggest? If it not possible does anyone now of a good program to capture start to mjpeg.

I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve, but you capture DV from a DV camcorder - nothing else. The DV format is already on the tape, so there's nothing to gain by converting it to Huffyuv.

Huffyuv is great to use with a capture card because it is lossless.

But if you are using DV, as bb said, the capture and compression happens inside the camera, not inside the computer. The DV software is just transferring the DV video, not capturing and compressing like a traditional capture card.
