Hi there,

still trying to get some visuals done ...

Is there any way to feed AviSynth with a live stream? "live" in this context means getting the dv stream from a dv cam without capturing it first. I wnat to process these data and get them to show with a DS-based media player.
The problem i'm encountering is that either avs's directshowsource doesn't seem to be capable to work with live sources (works quite fine with dv-files already on hd, though) or the evil M$ capture driver lacks support for this - in any case, I cannot get directshowsource to render my graph.

Any input on this is highly welcome -
thank you,

Thoralf.

I think there are just DScaler and virtualdub can play live stream
with added filters.
