Append vbr mp3? (again, sorry)

Hi everyone. I'm sorry to ask this question. I know it was discussed many times and i've read the info but still cannot find a solution.

Actually i don't have any problems with vbr mp3 itself. When i see this window

I just click YES and continue working normally , without any synchronization problems.

But what about append? If i have 2 files (just one big file splitted into 2 or more) which have vbr mp3?
It doesn't matter whether i answer "yes" or "no" - it won't let me append the second part. I get this error:

Anobody knows how to fix it?

ehehe, this is funny... someone stored a CBR MP3 file with the VBR hack... you should answer "no" with real VBR MP3 files, this just isnt one.

Anobody knows how to fix it?
you cant do it directly with VDM.

open your files in VDM, go to streams-->streams list and demux the MP3 stream.
then disable the stream, set video to direct stream copy and save it. then join all mp3 files (with an mp3-joiner) and video files seperately and add the new mp3 file in the streams list.

it should work kinda like this... but with different sampling rates youd have to convert some of the streams as well.
