Converting PAL to NTSC with the current software?

Does anyone know if you use these programs, if they will convert a PAL disc to NTSC?

Clone DVD 2

Any DVD

afaik they won't. Converting from PAL to NTSC involves changing the framerate and resolution of a movie, the tools you listed are concerned with ripping and compressing video.

NTSC->PAL and vice versa is not really trivial. So far I only converted ntsc->pal - sorry for not being able to offer more help.
