mp3 conversions

you can decode to 32 bit wav if you like. i think MADplay and foobar's decoder can handle that.

not sure there's much point though, as even undithered 16 bit has a good enough signal-to-noise to handle mp3 (which is basically hiding noise in places you can't hear it).

but if you decode an mp3 to wav, make sure the wav is labelled, to prevent anyone re-encoding it to mp3 or something else. audio turns to poo when it is transcoded lossy->lossy.
