There used to be a DVD Shrink guide floating around here somewhere but I can't for the life of me find it now. Is it still here and if so where?

It still floats...Doom9's DVD Shrink guide (http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdshrink31-main.htm). Mrbass also offers a guide and Shrink information on his homepage at mrbass.org (http://mrbass.org/). Both of these guides offer a fine set of instructions and basic information on setting up your preferences. IIRC, the preferences setup is detailed in a separate guide on mrbass' site.

ddlooping has put together an outstanding collection of guides, but I'd suggest taking a look at all of the available resources. Each author has his own unique style and approach, and hey, servers are known to go down. :)
