Invalid DVD Navigation Schedule

I am a first time user of Doom9 and have a question. In DVD shrink I click on File open disc image and once I click on the file I receive a message "DVD shrink encountered an error and couldn't continue. Invalid DVD navigation Schedule". Any thoughts.

First thought: how did you obtain the iso image (which software)? Perhaps let DVDShrink do the ripping for you. Alternatively, I never had any problems with dvd images generated by dvddecrypter.

thanks for replying, I used a program called Roxio CD and DVD Creator. I might do what you say and use dvd shrink to rip.

if you cannot re-rip the original DVD again for any reason such as scratches etc you can try processing the files through Ifoedit using a dummy strip (keep everything) and it sometimes fixes the errors. Even a simple Get VTS fixes the occasional error :) but you can't do this with images and that's why I like working with files

but as you have mentioned it may be better to use DVDShrink directly on the DVD :)
