I have to make some amazing 3d titles for my movie, can you tell me a software to do it? I work in Premiere Pro

You can do amazing animations with Adobe After Effects (don't ask me how to use it - I can hardly import a file to AE, but some of my colleagues work a lot with it and I see the professional results)
Also have a look at Inferno and Combustion from Discreet (apparently the first choice of professional postproduction studios)

I use Blender (http://www.blender3d.org). It's a 3D App, but for something basic like title effects it won't be THAT hard to learn.
Here's a tutorial that might get you started (http://www.blenderwars.com/tut.php?module=crawl) the good thing about it is that it's FREE!
