What is the usage of the TTN param in JumpSS?

I wonder why there is a TTN parameter in the JumpSS command, when jumping to a VTSM menu.

For example:
[30 06 00 03 01 83 00 00] JumpSS to VTSM 1, TTN 3, Root menu
and
[30 06 00 01 01 83 00 00] JumpSS to VTSM 1, TTN 1, Root menu
should be equivalent, since there is only one Root menu for all TTNs of the same VTS.

Someone could explain?

It seems the same to me too...

Actually you aren't given any option to change the TTN parameter. This makes me think that it's not so important after all...:confused:

However I don't consider myself a DVD command expert, so if you want to wait for someone else's opinion...maybe there's something we don't know about this :p

Well, this command sets SPRM5 to the title number specified in JumpSS. However, I'm curious too about the practical purpose of this.

Changed my mind again. Will leave the TTN param in PgcEdit, thanks to your info, Dimmer.

Good choice, I think...even if it hasn't a clear practical purpose it's good to have the option enabled. And maybe one day we'll find out...;)
