Hi everyone, I'm writing a real time muxer for mpeg2 and I had a quick question as to what the program_mux_rate is exactly. I looked at the ISO, and I'm a bit confused. I would think that this mean after x video packs/bytes add an audio pack, but it seems to be defined in bytes per second. Could anyone enlighten me ( a quick calculation would be great)
