Hi
After running DVD RB on GHOST SHIP reg 2 pal I am left with no audio on the the extras (VTS3), this has happened 3 times.
I have looked into the original using ifoedit and it lists 1 audio track - English Audio 5 (id: 0x82)
DVD decrypter also only lists this one track in ifo mode.
DVD RB lists 5 audio tracks, 3 English 1 French and 1 Italian, Running thru dvdshrink also gives 5 tracks with track 5 having a size of 60mb the rest 0mb.
I kept the 3 english, the french and italian were automatically deselected.
After the last rebuild, I used DVDdecrypter to demux the audio stream 0x82 and the file is empty.
Where do I go now?

if shrink says 5 tracks and track 5 is only one with sound..
what language is track 5? If track 5 were italian, for example, then keepingenlgish would delete that track.
In newest version of shrink, play the extra and right click the preview window to preview track 5 audio. Ensure it is english.
IF not english.. well, you are screwed.
If it is english, open ifoedit and confirm that track 5 for the extra is coded as english as RB would remove if it is imporperly coded.
The other option would be to leave all audio for that VTS
good luck

Thanks
had tried all that, just done it again, and 5 is definately the track and its in English.
Below is ifoedits results, this is the from VIDEO_TS.IFO Title Set 3:
VTS_3 Video: MPEG-2 720x576 (PAL) (PAL 625/50) (4:3) (not specified perm.display)
VTS_3 Audio 1: English (Dolby AC-3) 6ch 48Kbps DRC
VTS_3 Audio 2: Français (Dolby AC-3) 2ch 48Kbps DRC
VTS_3 Audio 3: Italiano (Italian) (Dolby AC-3) 2ch 48Kbps DRC
VTS_3 Audio 4: English (Dolby AC-3) 6ch 48Kbps DRC
VTS_3 Audio 5: English (Dolby AC-3) 2ch 48Kbps DRC
BUT and im not sure if this makes any difference the following is from the VTS3 ifo
[0000000c] Audio stream 1 status 0 [0000]
[0000000e] Audio stream 2 status 0 [0000]
[00000010] Audio stream 3 status 0 [0000]
[00000012] Audio stream 4 status 0 [0000]
[00000014] Audio stream 5 status 33280 [8200]
Audio stream 5 uses stream nr.: 2
I will be doing it again tomorrow with all the streams selected in DVDRB and see if that does the trick

The known issue you posted is not related to this problem. It simply refers to the fact that once you check/uncheck non-default audio tracks and then prepare a project, if you close DVD-RB and then re-open it, the default audio tracks are checked/unchecked. If you don't correct it before performing the rebuild step your results will be over/undersized and contain the wrong audio track(s).
