converting an svcd - confused!!!

i've got an svcd which i am trying to convert to dvd, however the format is ".bin" which i'm not to familiar with. What is the best software to use to try converting this file as i've tried using nero and it's not having any of it.

very confused any help would be most appreciated

It's package like ZIP or RAR so you have to extract the real MPEG-File before you can convert it. One of the best tools to do this is iso buster.

If your player support this you can put the SVCD direcly to DVD so you haven't re-encode your movie that gives you worse quality. If you have problems with some authoring programm so you can use the DVD Patcher to change the video-header.
