I have an mpeg movie clip that has severe combing artifacts, like an interlaced source that's been encoded progressively.
Is there a way to correct this?
I tried TMPGEnc Source creator and there I checked "interlaced" and unchecked "top field", but the result came out the same. Also right now I'm trying to encode it in DVD-format using CCE and the alternate scan option.
*edit* This failed during muxing.
Any ideas?
