DVD Decrypter: Region Free?

I'm sorry to ask this, it was may be answered many times:
In DVD Decrypter --> Tools --> Settings... ---> RCE Protection Region, Which region should I select in order to have a Region Free back up?

DVDDecrypter back-ups are always region-free. You set the region to the region of the DVD you are going to rip.
