Cannot Merge & Cut with TMPGenc Plus 2.5

Hi , i was using TMPGenc Plus 2.5 for cut a part of a mpeg2 : File > MPEG Tools > Merge & Cut > Add > Edit , then after i select mark In and Out he do his job but i have no sound of the file i just edited , so i try again and now when i arrive at the point where i press on "Edit" nothing happen , and after a moment he start to freeze.. i even uninstall it and install again and still this problem , i have read on a forum that choose a output before press on "Edit" can corrige that problem but for me that don't change anything .

Any idea ?
