This here is a gorgeous woman and I would like to incorporate her image as a start title for my movies. As of current, I cannot think of a single way to do it. Any suggestions?

You first thing to do is probably to extract the pictures of the gif into single files. You can do this for example with IrfanView Options->extract all frames.
Once you have them as bitmap, png or the like it depends on what exactly you want to do.
If you just want to add her to the front, fire up VDM , open video file, select the image sequence and then append the actual move, or with avisynth there are also filters to glue two sources together.
If you want to overlay somewhere over the video, use the VDM filter Logo or the avisynth filter Layer.
[edit] to get the images into AviSynth you use the built-in filter ImageSource.
